You may have noticed a few changes while shopping with Glas.com. New Federal Regulations on vapor products were signed into law December 27, 2020. The Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act” (PACT ACT), Due to these changing regulations, many national carriers will no longer deliver vapor products.

Our commitment to our customers remains our #1 priority, we continue to develop solutions for our loyal 21+ customers, we understand these updates are not easy to follow. Please know we will do our best to keep you updated as we continue to develop network to enable us to serve additional customers in the future.

Quick Facts

NEW ORDER PROCESS: All shipments will require an adult (21+). Signature and ID verification at the time of delivery. This means you (or someone also 21+) must be present to sign for the package when the delivery shows up—and must show a government issued photo ID.

  • Glas shipping estimates 5-7 days for delivery, we are no longer be able to offer overnight or priority shipping through national carriers. You will continue to receive tracking information on your package directly from Glas when your order is in process.
  • You may NOT change your delivery address after the order has been placed. If you need to make an update to your order, please reach out to support@glas.com for help and we can ensure your purchase is fulfilled.

UNABLE TO ORDER? The impact of the PACT Act, as well as carrier limitations, some areas may be unable to receive Glas.com shipments. As we continue our expansion, we will keep you updated.

  • Due to ID and Signature requirements, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Your state or municipal laws may have changed recently and include bans and prohibitions of certain products in your zip code.
