Shipping

Typically, all orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order. Based on where you are located it will take approximately 2-7 business days to reach your destination. Glas does not ship internationally. All orders ship via UPS. No shipments can be made to P.O. Boxes.

Returns

30 Day Money Back Gaurantee

If you are not satisfied with your order, return it to us withing 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a refund.

We do not except returns on any overstock, sale or mystery pack items unless they have been damaged or an error was made on our part.

Making a Return:
1) Send an email to us on our contact page http://www.glas.com/web/contact.php and request a Return Authorization number ("RA#"). In this email please remember to include your name, order number and the item(s) that you wish to return.

2) We will email you back with a unique RA#. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance (21 days for international orders) of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires.

3) Pack the item(s) in a sturdy box and ship the box via UPS or other insured shipping service. The RA# MUST be clearly written on the outside of the box when it is returned to us.

4) We will issue your credit the day the product arrives in our warehouse. Please note that credit card companies can take 2-3 weeks to have the credit show up on your statement. 

5) There are no refunds on shipping charges. On items that were shipped free, we reserve the right to refund the product price less our shipping costs
